PT4115 SMD 30V 1.2A 5000: 1 High Efficiency Step-Down Led Driver (Sot89-5)
PT4115It is an effective Step-Down (step-down) integrated circuit designed to drive 1 or more series connected LEDs (depending on the input voltage) up to 1.2 amps with an input voltage between 6-30V.
Its efficiency can reach up to 97%, it can transfer more than 30Watt power, and it can also do DIM (dimming) with PWM or DC voltage.
Current limitation is made with a single resistor. It is also ideal for driving 1W and 3W LEDs.
Example: 0.67A Resistance for 3W Led = 0.1V / 0.67A = 0.15Ohm; coil saturation current 0.67 * 1.5 = 1.0A value 47uH-100uH
