Editing Address, Adding New Invoice and Address Information

If you want to update your address and billing information about your membership on Direnc.net or add a new one, you can do this from the My Account menu in the upper right corner.

Following the My Account menu, the following member menu screen will appear. With the "Addresses" button here, you can proceed to the screen where your addresses are registered.

Your registered addresses will appear on the screen that opens. You can edit your registered address or add a new address if you wish.

Changing address is not supported after submitting an order with your registered address.

For this reason, you can request that your order be sent to your new address by specifying your order number after adding the address and invoice information in the "Add New" section for a change of address and invoice information in an existing order.

 

You can do the same on the mobile interface. You can open the menu screen as shown in the image below.

After the menu screen opens, you can continue from the "Account" tab and see the options.

Drag the screen that opens down and switch to the detail menu with the "My Address Information" button.

On the screen that opens, the options will appear at the top again. After dragging down the screen, you can see your addresses and add a new address button under the "My Address Information" title.
