Flex Sensor - Bend / Flex Sensor - Adafruit
Itflex sensor,Can detect bending or bending in one direction. It started to be used as a game interface in Nintendo PowerGlove.
This is Adafruitflex sensor (flex sensor - bend)is very easy to use. Basically it works with resistances and resistance values change depending on the bending. Another namebend sensorWhen this sensor is in the flat state, its resistance value is approximately ~ 10KΩ. During bending, the resistance increases up to ~ 20KΩ. It is very similar to FSRs, you can find details about using FSR in the documentation title.
For RC timing, you can use either an analog input (with a pullup resistor) or a 0.1uF capacitor with a digital input on a microcontroller.
Be careful to relieve tension, as the bottom of the sensor (where the pins bend) is very sensitive.
