Light Sensor - Lilypad
The LilyPad Light Sensor is a sewn-in breakout board with an ALS-PT19 light sensor built in and ready for immediate use. The sensor generates voltage between 0V and 3.3V depending on the level of ambient light shining on it. The current drawn by the microcontroller increases according to the light intensity. The current value is 0 in the dark environment. In a typical indoor lighting situation, the sensor will output around 1 to 2V. The card can be used in e-textile or wearable projects. It has a spectral sensing range of 360 to 970.
