GY-530 Infrared distance measurement moduleIt is a module using I2C serial protocol operating between 2.8V - 5.5V. Located onVL53L0 infrared sensorIt can measure in any low light or low contrast environment. Thanks to the I2C interface of this sensor, only 2 pins are sufficient for use with microcontrollers. The laser at 940nm wavelength is invisible to the naked eye and does not harm the eyes. Thanks to the architecture of the sensor, conflicts with similar distance sensors and light sources from different sources are prevented.
GY-530 Infrared Distance Measurement Module Features
- It can measure up to 2m with ± 3% accuracy.
- The maximum measurement time takes less than 30ms.
- Power consumption in normal operation is 20mW. In standby mode, it consumes 5μA.
