TS01 IR Temperature Sensor

DFRobot TS01 IR temperature sensor,It is a non-contact thermal sensor that can be used to measure the infrared intensity of the object to calculate the surface temperature without touching it. The entire metal package of the sensor provides protection against shocks, water, dust and the like. Before the product leaves the factory, it is calibrated over a wide temperature range. Having an operating temperature of -40 ℃ -85 ℃, the sensor can be used to measure -70 ℃ ~ 380 ℃ while providing a maximum precision of 0.5 ° C. TS01 outputs 4 ~ 20mA standard industrial current signal, current to voltage converter is recommended when you want to use MCU to read the value.

A visible and near infrared radial flux cut optical filter (long wave transition) is integrated in the package to ensure immunity from ambient and sunlight. As standard, the sensor is calibrated to emit 1 object. It can be easily customized by the customer to any span in the range 0.1… 1.0, with its black body without the need for recalibration. The FOV value is as small as 5 ° small, and for a heat source with an outer diameter of 10 cm, the sensor's maximum measurement distance can reach up to 116 cm.
